The overall intent of EFLD experiences is to create intentional opportunities for participants to self-develop, internalize awareness in sessions and externalize in their lives as a whole. The process work of learning to be integrated and in harmony is repeatable, transferable, emergent and exponential. You will be working with our carefully selected Facilitators - human and horse.
Sessions and workshops are customized to meet you where you are at and guide you to where you want to be; unlocking your healing, growth, learning and empowerment. Interacting with unmounted horses in a variety of activities and exercises, participants benefit mentally, physically and emotionally. Whether you have no horse experience or years of horsemanship, EFLD offers you new and deep experiences!
